Why Sikhs Don’t Wear Caps or Hats in the Gurdwara | Q&A

In the Darbar of Guru Granth Sahib Ji, there is a dress code that we should follow with respect. We cover our heads with a turban, scarf, or dupatta to show humility, and caps or hats aren’t part of this tradition. Instead of looking to Western culture for fashion, we should focus on building a connection with our Guru. Meeting our Guru with love and respect means following the Gurdwara's dress code, keeping our minds and hearts on the spiritual path.

How Will Sikhs Get JUSTICE? | June 1984 @ UNITED NATIONS

BUT if diplomats truly uphold these values, why has there been NO investigation into the genocide Sikhs faced in June 1984? As Sikhs mark 40 years since this genocide and are still oppressed till this day, we question the international community's silence and inaction. For Sikhs we must strive for unity under the Nishaan Sahib and become Tyar Bar Tyar Gursikhs and keep our faith in Guru Sahib as ultimately they are the highest power in this world and beyond....
