The WhyGuru Course is a 14-week introductory course into Sikhi. The course offers an insight into Sikh philosophy, history and writings, looking at the development of Sikhi from the time of the Gurus through to the present day.

A little about
Over the course of 14 weeks, participants of The WhyGuru Course will cover topics such as the history and philosophy of the ten Gurus, the structure and fundamentals of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, an introduction to Kirtan, important historical events such as Banda Singh Bahadur and his conquest of Sirhind, the Misl Period, the reign of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, the events in 20th century leading up to June 1984 and so much more!

The course is taught in English and assumes no prior knowledge of Sikhi
The course should take 14 weeks to complete if each unit is done on a weekly basis
Depending on availability, guest speakers to cover certain topics
